Drew Women's Magnolia Comfortable Slip-Resistant Mary Jane Adjustable Strap Flat with Arch Support

I call these my "Minnie Mouse" shoes and LOVE them! Classic black Mary Janes are an excellent solution for my old, sometimes badly swollen feet. I am so grateful! The shoes are made of a stretchy soft but firm fabric that comfortably accommodates and hides my "crossed-over" toes on my left foot, and my bunions on both feet. The strap across the top of the shoe is one long strip of velcro that can be adjusted to fit my foot no matter how swollen it gets. (I have lymphedema.) They are top-quality shoes and very well made. My old-lady feet look smart, neat and if I wear them with enough attitude, almost fashionable. Right now I have one pair in black and a second pair in very dark brown. My next pair will be navy. I wish that Drew made this style with the stretchy fabric toe box in something for dressier occasions. Perhaps a more high fashion special edition in a colorful pattern with the left shoe different from the right.

I've received many compliments on the shoes. Do like how the top of the toe stretches comfortably over my arthritic toes. However when my feet swell at night the strap becomes too tight and I have to keep readjusting them, but that's not the shoes fault. Makes me look like I have club feet at the end of the day. But, they are comfortable during the day when I need the support most, and they help me walk straighter.

I have knee and feet issues, so I was looking for shoes that would address these problems. These shoes are very comfortable. I like the option of adjusting the insoles already included, or use whatever works for me (I use New Balance Arch Supports}. I wear them indoors and outdoors, and can wear them all day long. Having said that, I am well aware that what works for one person, may or may not work for someone else. I just purchased three more pairs of these shoes in different colors because the toe fit, width (8.5 W), and support works for me.

Comfy yet somewhat dressy looking - forget wearing heels. I have problems with swelling in both ankles and in right foot. So hard to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. The adjustable straps are great for days where my foot is more swollen and where the right is worse than the left. Added depth allows me to add my inserts to get a perfect fit and support. The stretch of the toe area helps with a bunion. I bought black and navy and way buy a brown - price is high but best shoe I have found so far.

I would not recommend purchasing these shoes!!! I wear orthotics and ordered these shoes a couple of weeks before an extended vacation in which I would be walking a great deal. In the beginning, the shoes were supportive and I felt safe and protected...I have had tendon replacement surgery and will always need a supportive shoe. After a couple of weeks, my feet began to slide around in the shoes and had to wear no socks to prevent slippage. I am now unable to wear the shoes at all and the Velcro does not cinch closed....the seller would not refund my money because I was out of the 30 day return window...a defect does not always occur within a small window of time! The manufacturer would only offer a replacement if I sent them back to inspect the stretched out shoe...hard to see the problem if my foot is not in the shoes. They offered me 50% off of next purchase...really a Senior Citizen with foot issues...I will never buy from this company again!!!!

Got a size larger than needed to wear with AFOs & they fit perfectly. Decided to get a pair in my normal size to wear without AFOs, but they were too tight across the top of the toes. Bummer. But they're well made.

I have trouble finding shoes that fit my large/extra wide feet, with bunions and swelling later in the day at times.These fit perfectly, are stretchy (but not too much) and feel great.Thank you Drew Shoes!

Drew shoes are not cheap, and these were priced very reasonably as compared to other sources such as Zappos or Drew Shoes. They look cute, and fit my orthotics well. It remains to be seen how well the fabric holds up.
