As described it not required any apps, and helps to write and draw on my Samsung s9.I was using Samsung Note, so missed stylus pen, it worked same as Samsung note stylus pen. It has slight delay at writing.In manual it was not instructed how to turn on had took time to figure out(should long press at back of the pen-blue light comes up while on) . Good for who draw pictures and writes on their phone and looks like normal pen in pocket.

I Know right? So many of these Stylus types, you take a risk and buy one and it's useless!!FOR PHONES/TABLETS/IPADS. THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!!IT JUST WORKS PERFECTLY WITH NO HASSLE.10/10My only one issue was I kept losing the charge plug. So I stuck it to a USB lead permanently. Solved.TO ILLUSTRATE HOW MUCH I LIKE ITMY NEPHEW GOT HIS HANDS ON IT (He has the REVERSE MIDAS TOUCH bless his heart, EVERYTHING technical he touches turns to S@#t 😆) anyway he broke it.....IT WASN'T EASY TRUST ME...SO I AM HERE TO BUY IT AGAIN ...I LOVE IT

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It looks and feels good,when i use it to write on the ipad,it is so smooth and draws so well. It is very easy to use, easy to hold and very accurate as well.I am very pleased to get this pen,and I strongly recommend it to others.

Using this instead of my fingertip. Found it very accurate on my phone but needs a bit more pressure on my tablet. Find it operates best if used pointing directly down at the screen and not at an angle.Update.Been using this for a couple of days now. On my oneplus 6T phone it responds very well and doesn't need much pressure. On my ipad air tablet it occasionally needs a couple of harder presses to get a response but not enough to worry me. Same on my Amazon fire tablet. So good on phones but not as good on tablets. Still good value.UpdateHad this for about 5 months now but it no longer charges. Connecting the charger cable switches the charge light on the pen to show its charging but light goes out after 30 seconds and the pen refuses to switch on. Shame really because its operated perfectly up to now.

I bought this to use with my Samsung S10.Good points: I like the magnetic charging cable as it just snaps on and is very convenient.Bad points: Weak connection, thought initially this was due to power so I fully charged the pen until the light showed green. I saw no improvement. When writing notes on the Samsung it kept cutting out (and I made sure my palm was not touching the screen). For example, when writing the word 'potatoes' which involves tapping motions when crossing the t's or words like 'milk' when dotting the i's the pen just could not manage it and saw gaps in the lines, etc and the words were missing pieces.For signing your signature it was a bit better, but worse than using your finger.Sadly, I bought this for making shopping notes etc, so for now looks like I still stick to a tradiitonal pad and paper. I think this is more of an issue for Android users because I have noticed that Apple have a lot more compatible pens selling on Amazon. However, I really hate Apple products because for me they hide their features and are very expensive.I think next time I upgrade my phone I will buy the Galaxy Note, as an S Pen will be included etc. It's a shame, as I liked the Wine Red colour of this pen but I shall have to return it, not having much luck lately!

This pen can be used on any device. I tried iPhone 6 plus, iPhone X, iPad min, iPad pro-all works! Good quality!
