DEI Ceramic Platter, 16.0 x 11.25 x 1.25, Blue/White

The plate is nice and a pretty design, but it arrived with two large chips in it. It was shipped with an iron trivet, and the plate was only partially covered with bubble wrap. Also, strangely, the bubble wrap appears to be attached to the plate at one end with an adhesive. Frankly I'd like a replacement, but it wouldn't come in time for the party I needed the platter for. Also I have no idea how to ask for such a thing.

I got a good one. it's on display with some of my sea shells. Its not to big either. I hope they make one with a water color lobster I will buy it.
