Well worth the cost; great idea.
Followed the measurement guide and the gloves are a perfect fit. Tight fitting but simple to get on either dry, using talc, or wet. Easy to peel off. Well made; one piece, no seams. Mine are for kayaking - excellent power for hand rolling.

I did find that no matter the size I did get water go in the gloves and I have huge forearms and can only just fit these on my hands.

Very efficient.
These gloves are fantastic. Get so much more from each stroke. Whether you're surface swimming, diving/surfacing or want to make quick turns or keep at a certain depth these will help enormously (you can even propel yourself backward). I purchased these for snorkeling & they are an essential in my kit bag. Great quality & very easy to get on & off once they & your hands are wet. Top marks.

Added power to your stride and length performance
Was not sure at first but I could immediately see the difference they made after just a few lengths , I gained strength and power over my normal performance, these gloves for sure were to make a difference to my performance, only advice I would give is to get the right size, I went for medium to large when on reflection I should have got large or bigger.

Oh I like these, I like these a lot, if you are interested in a more serious workout in the pool then buy these, you'll look like a dafty but who cares right? Think gains.

too thin, flimsy looking and arrived damaged
Too thin. Has the texture and thickness of washing up gloves. Arrived damaged. Also had to pay £5 to return it to the USA and was not refunded the cost of this.
