Ceramic knife is kept in utensil crock and used daily. This sleeve is hard-sided and protects blade. No chips thus far.

We had gotten the knives as a gift they didn't come with covers. So I purchased these covers, same brand as the knives and they are perfect. Easy to slide the knife into.

Very sharp and lightweight. sharpest knife ever and also, it stays sharp for a lengthy period of time compared to others. I would definitely recommend getting the sheath to cover the blade when not in use because since ita ceramic, its very easy to chip if not handled correctly. So far, that is its only downfall, but its totally up to the user to keep good care of it. Instead of tossing it in the sink after use, I just make sure to wash it right away and dry it and putting it back in its sheath. Maybe thats why samurai always carry the their sword covers.

These knives are very sharp, definitely invest in the covers for when they’re in the drawer. I love them!

No issues. They hold Kyocera ceramic knives without a problem which is what they were designed to do.

The blade cover I had for years broke, and I needed to replace it. This was just what I was looking for. I am using it for a santuko knife with a 5-1/2 inch blade and it is perfect for that. It keeps my knife easily accessible in the drawer while keeping us safe from cuts.

My husband & I love Kyocera ceramic knives. They are VERY sharp so be careful when using them. I highly recommend this knives & suggest getting a sleeve to protect the blade. They're easy to clean but I do wash them separately to prevent any possible chipping of the ceramic.

Just received our knife yesterday. Surprisingly high quality for the price. the boss (spouse) likes it because it fits into her hand perfectly. Razor sharp. I would recommend buying a knife sheath to protect the blade and yourself.

I needed to get this to protect the knife I purchased. I just find it a little awkward to use because the end isn't covered. The sheath is folded on the bottom only. But it work well.
