Why is the exercise sheet not included as shown?

I didn’t receive any instructions with mine at all. I threw my stress balls in the trash. They were too rubbery and sticky for me. Too difficult to squeeze with my arthritic hand.

Are the balls made from silicone or tpe material? these are different materials and both are in the description!

You are right. Silicone and TPE (A general term of a variety of elastomeric materials with the characteristics of elastic rubber) are diferents. The balls does not seem to be silicone. I am almost sure It is a TPE. I don't know for sure what TPE type.

Do they bounce ? (As an in between squeeze activity)

Never tried. I had severe burns on my hands and used them to strengthen my hands..I tried to bounce them after your question they don't bounce
