Stress Square Instruction Card---Stress Square not included

Note: These work best when combined with Stress Squares - 100 Stress Squares - a separate purchase. My daughter used these for a booth that she had at her high school for a Health Fair. This was part of her Independent Study class. She was focusing on mental health, depression, and substance abuse. These strips were definitely a hit! She ran out of them quickly and the other students were intrigued and they made great conversation pieces. So, it was either these strips or the candy that she was giving out that made her booth one of the most visited at this small fair.

Like stress squares/biofeedback squares and this is a great deal for the price.However, the blue does not look blue- so it says "blue- relaxed" on a purple stripe on the card. The square itself still comes up blue if your hands are warm enough, but it is weird for a person to look at a purple stripe which says it is blue.

I was a little sad that these didn't come with the bio-feedback stickers, but overall, it's a great deal! As a school counselor, I find that these are very helpful to my students that have issues with anxiety.

Some of the thermal squares did not change to indicate mood.

The heat-sensitive squares did as advertised by changing with body temperature. I wish they were made of a more substantial material. I'll see how they hold up as I've just used them in a seminar two weeks ago.

Not what I had expected.

This product is great to use in a group setting very easy to use with group participants and a good way to show how to really evaluate you mindfulness energy!

rip off! The stickers are "sold" separately for about 3 times the price of the cards. These are not some type of real stress test - they are good of children for a general how do I feel . They are priced like they are. Disappointing to say the least.
