My Go-to Cracker
Firehook’s Rosemary and Sea Salt Crackers are my go-to cracker for almost everything. They are great with cheese, soup, salad, and dips. They have minimal, healthful ingredients and are crisp, thin, and sturdy. They taste delicious, but don’t overpower the items they are served with.

Delicious Snack
They’re really good, super crunchy, not too salty. I dip them in hummus or goat cheese and it’s delicious. The ingredients are natural and organic, it’s one of my favorite savory snacks. Well, it’s a bit expensive, but at least you’re paying for quality.

Blechtt!
Sorry, but I have to break ranks with the populace. The two types I received (months apart) were stale and rancid tasting, and the crackers were overly cracked/broken, in spite of them being well-cushioned with bubble wrap. It was a mystery to me. I couldn't believe I spent that much on the small containers of lavosh-like crackers, and I couldn't believe the company would send out obviously stale products. Didn't they know they would lose a customer...forever? The good news is that the experience caused me to search for a recipe for similar crackers. I did and tweaked the method a little so it's even easier and quicker to make, and dee-lish w/a schmear of butter. Shame on you for sending out-dated and a reject products to Hawaii. Farewell Firehook.

Perfect holiday and dip cracker
These crackers are spendy but a must for holidays with dip and melted brie. They are not too hard but stand up well with dipping. Just thick enough without being hard. LOVE THESE.

Great Taste
The firm and crisp texture along with the slight hint Rosemary and saltiness that is not overbearing make this a great cracker for everything from hummus to brie. It is very expensive per ounce, so it's an occasional indulgence for our family.

Great But…
This crackers would have been excellent without the salt topping. The texture, size, freshness, taste, sturdiness is perfect. But the salt topping negatively impacts the healthiness. Please make crackers using the exact recipe but without the salt topping to earn 5-stars.
