Very very good. incredibly strong and comfortable, makes things so easy.
it’s extremely sturdy and doesn’t have anything in the middle of your legs so you can race for hours and not hurt your ankles. It could use more lumbar support but it’s not that big of a deal, it only becomes a problem after playing for waaaaay too long. instructions are very vague and there’s nothing online helping to explain exactly how to do things, but after a bit everything starts to come together. overall 9/10

Sturdy enough for a fat man
Did a bunch of research online before settling on this unit. Price was exceptional for the design. Shipped with two individual boxes within a main shipping box, no apparent damage to boxes or contents. As others have noted, printed instructions are somewhat lacking, but I had watched a youtube video of assembly the day beforehand. Assembly was straightforward for myself, but I have exceptional mechanical abilities as an auto mechanic of 35 years. The rig is sturdy and stable while in use. I weigh around 275# and stand 5'9", so I am a bigger guy, and there is PLENTY of room. I actually wonder is the rig may be a little large for those of smaller stature.I actually have to slide the seat all the way forward with the pedal platform adjusted fully rearward. I do have some (about 6") gap in the main portion of the rig I could adjust to get the front and back portions closer, but it fits me and that's all I need. The seat tracks are simple, heavy duty, and work extremely well. The seat is well designed, and very nearly as good as a real automobile's seat. All of the hardware was surprisingly high quality, and there were even some nice decorative covers to hide the hinges between seat bottom and back. The seat is super comfortable, I've used it for hours on end since assembling it approximately 6 weeks ago. I'm not currently using a shifter, and I knocked off 1 star, because when I did have the shifter arm mounted, my right knee or shin (depending on adjustment height) would rest against it uncomfortably. I will likely fabricate something different for the shifter when I get serious about adding one.

Solid, sturdy, very adjustable, best value out there. I love it!
I purchased this cockpit to replace an office chair that I was using with my racing rig. I did a lot of research beforehand, and this item seemed to be the best bang for the buck, by far. It did not disappoint! It's solid as a rock, doesn't shake or move at all even with force feedback on my wheel. It's adjustable in more ways than I could have imagined. I'm not a small guy at 250 lbs, with a bad back, and the seat is reasonably comfortable and adjustable. As some have mentioned, the directions weren't great, but nothing that I couldn't figure out by looking at pictures and videos I found online. I HIGHLY recommend this over some of the much more expensive options out there.

Overwhelmed with disappointment
Got really excited when it showed up 3 days early. Just to find out that most the rails were bent nothing lined up. Seat came with a fairly large tear in bottom right, metal was not de-burred good and struggled to put pieces together. Also everything was completely drenched in machine oil. A little is expected but that was just ridiculous. Not to mention instructions were awful. Terrible product don't buy it.

A good buy and a good rig.
Really high manufacturing quality, everything fit together well. Only two small quibbles - the instructions could be clearer, especially the steps to mount the seat to the main frame. Also, a pack of bolts was missing, so a trip to Home Depot was needed to get replacements. Overall though, it's a great rig, comfortable seat and does exactly what I bought it for.

pain to setup but not that bad overall
Seems like a decent chair but meh. Not only am I missing parts so i can’t even complete installation but some the parts they sent are mismatched and some don’t have holes, or the holes were cut clean and the tubes won’t slide due to being . Instructions are also very unclear it is almost like you need to guess how to put it together. Very disappointed. For what I received this should’ve been about 200$ less not $400.UPDATE: They sent me the replacement parts for the ones they messed up on and forgot, along with a complimentary mat for having to deal with this. So points for that, it is not a bad rig if you want to see if sim racing is really for you or you’re just trying it out. But it does have its flaws. #1 instruction manual- it’s not much help and very vague. I am not bad at putting stuff together but this was some work, and especially when they sent me the wrong parts so i couldn’t even attach some stuff- my mind became flooded with doubts that this rig was no good and i wouldn’t be able to build it with this manual and the parts they sent. But once i received the parts i needed i was able to get it done. #2 the bolts that keep the seat secure to the seat sliders- come loose A LOT. i saw a video review saying both of these were issues for him- bolts coming loose and instruction manual with no detail but i didn’t think it would be this bad. Like ive only had chair up for a couple days and every couple hours the chair will get loose and i gotta get out, and tighten the bolts so the seat stays secure to the rig. Also the wheel is a little high i will say, i do have it mounted to my desk as i just have the chair and pedal part of the rig in use- but the support beams for the wheel- would have the wheel higher than it is in my desk right now. pretty decent though and def make the experience on dirt, f1, or assetto corsa a 1000x better.
