I am normally a size 10 but ordered a size 12 to be safe because these types of dresses usually run small. It fight me absolutely perfectly! I didn’t need to get it altered at all. I did however go to a seamstress and have her take out the tulle because it was a bit too bulky and poofy for my liking. But that did not cost much to get removed. The seamstress even commented on how good the stitching was! Very high quality dress. The material is a beautiful satin and color was true to the image, I ordered it in burgundy. Highly recommend! Not too low in any areas so can wear a strapless bra with it no problem. Even without a bra, it still provided lots of support and looked good! I paired a belt with it to glam it up a bit but it looked good plain too.

Amazon is my go to for semi / prom and special occasion dresses...my daughter is tall and slim so bridal store normally do not carry her sizes and even if you buy off the rack the cost to have altered is still more than buying from amazon, I always look for prime for free returns so no risk..now about this dress...it is just like photo, the fabric is nice quality with a nice weight so it lays perfect, the plum color is deep and rich, the corset Iays flat and is not bulky and is a must for a perfect fit. The neck line is a little deep if you are a busty girl size one up and the corset will keep you in, my daughter is not busty so I was able to actually go down a size. I love how the sides near the armpit goes up to armpit so you do not get that little extra skin even tiny girls get when that’s not high enough. The pockets are great nice and deep so her phone will fit in there so we both love that. The length is great for my daughter, she is 5’9 so she’s a tall girl and with a 2 to 3 inch heel it will be the perfect length...shorter girls may need to have hemmed. The dress is lined with and has crinnalin insert it is not itchy since there is a lining, it give the dress the perfect amount of swing off the body without being poofy. If you are looking for a simple gown and don’t like all the ruffles, or bling but still want it to look rich and expensive this is the dress for you. My daughter is just about 5'9 and wore a 2.5 inch heal and it was perfect length.

The dress has a built in bra and pockets. I had it altered to be shorter. I’m only 5’4” and this dress drug at least five inches while I was in two inch heels. I also had a hook in the bar attached to the modesty panel in the back so it wouldn’t slide around The material is beautiful thick satin and the dress is extremely well made. I am 190 lbs and wear a size 14.

I truly loved this dress. I bought it for my senior prom and it couldn’t have came any better. The only problem is the dress was extremely long but that’s only because I’m just a short person. Everything fit exactly how the sizing chart showed. It came earlier than expected! Highly recommend this dress!!

this dress was so beautiful. it felt like a quality fabric and was the perfect shade of burgundy. it fit perfectly in the waist and the bust. I'm usually asize 2, so that's what I ordered. I wont be able to use it though, I'm not going to prom after all. I'm only disappointed that i wont be able to wear the dress, but everything else about prom did not excite me, so I dont feel bad about missing it. it was definitely a prom worthy dress, so if you're going to prom, this is perfect for that occasion.

like any consumer, i was nervous to buy a $100 dress online for an event as special as Prom! I hesitated for a few weeks as we looked around in the stores but nothing was close this dress that my daughter had fallen in love with. We ended up paying for express delivery to get it here by Prom, and it arrived on time as promised!I was pleasantly surprised by the workmanship and quality of the dress. There were layers to the skirt to keep it full with a satin liner so the tulle didnt rub on her legs. the Straps were incredible sturdy and well attached. The lace up the back was beautiful! Every single loop was identical and well secured..and the lace was also well made. The length is perfect if you are planning to wear a 2-3" heel! Theres also a soft cup sewn inside the chest to keep the shape! We did measurements to determine the size to order.. every dress that we tried on in the store showed off a bit too much cleavage since she has a larger chest so we thought we would size up one.. we definitely did NOT NEED TO SIZE UP! I would say this dress is 100% true to size! And remember, its got the lace up back which gives you an extra 2-3 inches on room from hip to chest!! this provided more than enough coverage in the chest and was so flattering! She received compliments from friends and parents! i would highly recommend this dress and company!

Bright color! Love that it is adjustable in the back so it can be tightened and loosened as needed. Beautiful dress!!! This is our second dress from this company and they are amazingly beautiful! Prettier than dresses twice the price and the adjustable fit makes it no hassle.

This was a great find! The back is an adjustable corset so it always fits perfectly. I would order the size based on the bust since it will be the only thing that really matters. It has hidden pockets which was a must for my teenager daughter. She is 5’6” and it was a little bit too long but not so much that I had to adjust.
