highly recommend product

Excellently presented colour coded resistance bands.
Beautifully packaged in a box and drawstring bag of excellent quality these varying resistance bands are colour and label coded for graduating use. My son had a cast removed from his broken arm after six weeks and his arm and wrist muscles had become very weak. He has used these bands to gradually build the muscles up in order to regain full rotation and strength in the arm. They have been a great physio aid in his rehabilitation.

I feel like they might break but they are actually very durable and strong.

Poor quality
The resistance bands arrived quickly.The band rolls up and doubles over pressing into your legs which restricts the blood flow in your legs. This should not be allowed. Don't waste your money on this product.I made this purchase because it was highlighted as a Best Seller with over 4-star reviews. I am very disappointed with the quality of this item. I will be returning it.
