Strap was the wrong way round i.e. the buckle was at the bottom end, not the top end (the opposite to the way it's pictured). This meant that in order to put it on my left wrist with the single button on the left and the display the right way up, it was very awkward to do the buckle up. Put another way, if I did the strap up in the usual way, my fitbit was upside down! Also, the strap was very bulky.

This product arrived on time and I put it to the side to use it when required however, the centre piece of the strap that the face of the Fitbit sits in is the wrong way around and I have completely wasted my money.If any one is interested this product is cheaply made in China.

My Fitbit fits perfectly in the metal frame. The strap closes in the opposite direction to the original, ie, the tail sticks in towards my body not away from - just needs getting used to. So if my palm faces me, the tail goes through the buckle from right to left. Comfortable. I chose the flower pattern of black on white background.

Nice pattern on strap, but after only a few times taking it off and putting it back on wrist the patterned bit of strap has started to lift of the other bit of strap, this also happened with the same strap bought months ago this was a replacement one. Will not buy another, possibly not buy from seller either.

I bought this strap as I had been on a night out and looking back on the pics my original purple strap looked bulky & out of place. This strap matched the dress perfectly that I’d picked for a hen do and looks very sophisticated instead of bulky and cumbersome. I haven’t swapped it back yet. It’s lovely and simple yet a little different. I’ll be buying more in different colours I like it that much. Very pleased

Its alright, reasonable quality for the price, just not the colour I ordered! Says its light brown, looks light brown in the photo xomea in a packet with light brown on it... but open it up, and its cream (see pic). No idea how well it will last, hopefully longer than other reviewers did 😁

EDIT: Strap broken after a month of very casual use... All in all a complete waste of money.First of all, looks nothing like the photo. Looks plastic-y and painted, not like weathered leather like the photo.Bery uncomfortable on & after the first wear (only few hours) the strap already starting to fray. Absolute waste of money.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter in law. She was delighted with it and wears it most days. The quality is excellent. The pink shade exactly as described. A really nice shade. We were all very pleased - there is nothing not to like. I thoroughly recommend this. You won't be disappointed. It came in a neat little box, too.
