Miss KG Women's Giselle Open-Toe Heels

Sandals are very nice - would prefer them a little darker (pewter) but the shape is lovely. Fits well and they are very comfortable (slightly on the "big" side but still the correct sizing used: I am a size 4 and bought a size 4/37).However, the sandals were delivered late (placed order with Amazon Prime to be delivered on 3rd September and was delivered on 6th). Although I was kept informed, I needed these earlier in case there were issues, such as the one described below.I am giving it 3 stars instead of 4 because the product has a white coating. Looks as if they had been exposed to a damp environment and they were left with a salt--like coating, which dried off and is very difficult to clean (see pictures - it looks like they are out of focus but this is in fact the white coating - side by side picture shows my attempt to cleaning the right shoe vs the original on the left). As I need them for a wedding tomorrow and they were delivered late, there is no opportunity (or stock!) to get them replaced. If I had an alternative, I would have returned them for a refund.

It was an impulse last minute buy and a really good choice. Better than expected and got lots of compliments.
