Garbage
The sound amplifier doesn't work. Can't barely hear anything with it on and up. Microphone doesn't work. Only thing that worked is i could hear the incoming radio traffic. Hot garbage.

Only good for airsoft, not real firearms.
I left two stars because it looks cool and the communications work just fine. For airsoft they would do just fine but the actual hearing protection part of this headset is utter garbage. The ear cups do not compress enough to protect your hearing, rather they sit lightly on your ears. I could hear conversations on a different floor of my house with these on. I have made several modifications, such as adding high density foam behind the included foam, and bending the wire that attaches the cups to the headband to create a tighter seal. BARELY any difference. Actual NRR rating feels more like 10db. These reduce noise by about HALF as much as my off-the-shelf Caldwell shooting supplies active ear pro, which aren’t even particularly impressive.

Cord going into the headset will eventually make the headset fail to work with radios.
We use ours with Midland radios in our side by side to communicate to the rigs in the group. That being said, we are not rough with our headsets but they do get frequent use on the weekends.Poor design on the cord going into the headset is the problem. They over-tighten a zip tie on the cord (it keeps it from being pulled out) which in turn causes the wires to break and touch which eventually takes out the mic. If you buy one, I would suggest taking it apart and removing that zip tie and using silicone adhesive to try and keep it in place. Any pulling on that cord will cause it to prematurely fail after about 6 to 8 months. I personally know of 4 now that this has happened to!
