Hands down the best protein shake I've ever had...
So far I have tried all of the flavors in the variety pack plus Espresso, Banana Cream Pie, and Birthday cake. They are all good! My husband and I both enjoy them. The Birthday cake flavor mixed with water and served over crushed ice tastes like a wedding cake snow cone. It is quite sweet but works well when craving a sweet treat. Banana Cream Pie is very mild and very much like a ripe banana- sweet but not too sweet. Since we each use at least a scoop a day, we have been keeping 2 flavors on hand to switch it up. I love that there are lots of great flavor options to keep from burning out on it. I can't tell you how many times I've bought a protein powder only to toss it before finishing the canister because I just couldn't face that flavor again, but I can tell you this is the only one I've ever tried that has me coming back for more!From a nutrition standpoint, they really help me keep my protein intake up as I do not tolerate eating a lot of meat and I also find that they fill me up quite a bit. My husband likes his with milk or even a little yogurt, but I tend to like them just as well with just water. They mix well and taste great either way.

Cookies & Cream > Red Velvet
So this is my second time ordering a tub of Machine Whey, and I'm still pretty happy with my purchase. For those of you who haven't tried any MTS Whey, this is an awesome choice - it doesn't have that gross, chalky, protein-y aftertaste, which is perfect for me, because I'm not much of a protein powder expert.In terms of flavor, I've tried the Cookies & Cream and Red Velvet. This particular review is for the Red Velvet, which I found tasty but too rich and even a little too sweet (and I love red velvet stuff and have a MAJOR sweet tooth). It's good, but I'll probably take longer to finish this tub, and when I do I'm going back to Cookies & Cream.All in all, a good purchase, but if you're deciding between Red Velvet and Cookies & Cream, get Cookies & Cream.

Honest flavor review
So, straight to the point.Flavor is not good, it tastes like waltmart protein.Protein per scoop is 25 grams which is typical in most whey proteins.And the price is just to much, 70.00 plus dollars for a average whey protein is just to expensive.I would recommend looking into other brands.

Excellent in ANYTHING!
This is PACKED with protein and tastes SO good. The container is full and I weighed the powder in at 4.8lbs. Which is really good these days. I still feel I got my money's worth. I've been using this is in smoothies, just mixed in milk, adding to oatmeal. It's so versatile and it comes out very smooth and creamy.I ordered the Peanut Butter Fluff. It's expensive, but if you use 1 scoop a day (depending on your needs) then it comes to about .80/serving for almost 3 months.
