I am genuinely surprised how good this thing is. It's so good its nearly as good as wired charging! And that's saying alot since wireless charging is a inherently more inefficient way to charge your phone (significantly more energy is lost through heat) but this thing is a great improvement over the previous fast charging type. When my s10plus is at 67% a wired fast charge takes 44 min, when charging on the 2.0 side (left side) it takes 46. That's almost the same. So the s10 plus takes up to a 25w charge wireless. I plugged it in to see if it would take 25w plugged in using the supplied charger but it wouldnt. Anyways this thing is great, highly recommend it.

Great product, fast charging. Only compliant is if my phone or watch is set to vibrate, it can move enough to cause the watch or phone to move enough out of the charging area. I wish it had a magnet or something to hold it in place.

I don't like the charging because I have to every so often need to pull the plug out and then back so it will charge properly

Just lay your phone on it and get a rapid charge. Works great...rapid charging just lkke they say. Worth the money.

Great product, charges my Galaxy Note 10+ and Galaxy Watch Active 2 quickly with no issues and no over heating (actually the watch does get a little warm, but nothing excessive). I've also used it to charge an iPhone and older Samsung phones with the wireless charging capabilities.

First, I didn't realize how big this was. It's about the size of a women's wallet. My mistake for not reading dimensions so didn't remove starts because of that. What I hate about this thing is it only works some of the time. If you have this plugged into a brick with 2 outputs, it will not work. Using some cords works fine, others don't. The cord that came with it is one that doesn't work. It seems super picky about its power input. I would NOT recommend this product.

On random occasions, the unit would not respond to a phone being placed on the charging plate. The led would not light and would require a restart I the typical unplug, wait 60 sec. and replug fashion.Had some dead phone mornings due to that.Overall it works well and charges multiple phones and headphones cases.

I initially bought this for my wife as apple does not provide a fast charger withe iphone XR. This is on a pricier side but worth the money if you have multiple devices to be charged. I am currently using the charger for a Samsung S9 and Gear S3 watch along with the IPhone XR. It works very well for these devices.

The plug isn't for Australia (maybe give a selection of different plugs...). I tried using my current fast charger plugs and it doesn't go past the orange flashing lights, tried using usb ports and still nothing. Maybe it's faulty, I wouldn't know, I can't get it working to find out....

Not working after 2 months very disappointed
