Give them a shot!
Once your eyes adjust to them it isn't too bad but at first it is a bit disorienting. I wish they made these with a single prism rather than two that are split in the middle. This design unfortunately creates a little bit of a blur in the center of whatever you are reading. They are also a bit heavy and will fall off unless you are lying down flat. If you are trying to sit they will slide off. They do work though. If you have back or neck pain when reading, these will help a lot.

Exactly what I was looking for!
If you have motion sickness issues like I do it does take some getting used to but as long as you keep your head still you're just fine. I bought these because my chiropractor recommends laying on a roll behind your neck to help with the adjustments, these allow me to watch TV or read a book or look at my phone while also laying on my roll

heavy and uncomfortable
That being said, they work okay, I'm writing this review using them. I dont get why they aren't just one solid mirror instead of two separate for each eye as you cant read anything closer than a foot away due to the overlap.
