I like the posture corrector but it takes getting used too. I felted taller, it has been very helpful on my posture .

Ideal for people sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time. Adjustable straps are great to ensure it isn't too tight, but gives noticeable resistance against rounding your shoulders and keeps posture in check. Comfy too over the t shirt, would recommend, especially to those who cam struggle with shoulder joints pinching. I have tried a number of posture corrector in the recent years. These were not comfortable under the armpits and did not offer me support either. In the meantime I had given up hope till a friend had recommended this posture corrector.

I am 5"4 and weigh 130 lb's and this is very big around my shoulders. I can get it to work but wouldn't buy again for my size.

I would like to correct my posture. My friend suggested that I stand against the wall for about 10 minutes every day, which is very helpful, but I often forget. So I bought this posture corrector, and it was a little uncomfortable at first, especially in the armpits, but it had underarm pads, and I was able to get used to it. After a few weeks of using it, my friends told me that my posture had changed significantly and that I did indeed look straighter when I stood up and looked taller.

This product is easy to use and a good value. I can feel my posture improving after only a few days. I'm still in the first week of wearing it 20-30 min per day, and after I take it off I can still feel that reminder to sit or stand straight. I got this product because my chiropractor said my shoulders were slumping forward. I love this posture corrector， it really helped me a lot. I'm happy to keep using this posture corrector to help improve my posture!

Big dude here. I couldn't adjust it while wearing it. So I tried to just slip in and out of it. Very difficult.

I have been wearing this whilst at my desk and when on longer drives as that is when my posture is generally at its worst - also have worn sometimes whilst out walking or just around the house. Can honestly say after only a week the pain I have had for ages in my neck and back spine was alleviated plus really noticing a difference in my posture when not wearing the posture corrector after just a couple of weeks.
