I am old-school, and normally wear something larger like boxer briefs. But I suffer from a hernia and believe it or not my hernia pad fits very good on the right corner of these without wearing the hernia belt. I know this sounds crazy, but they are comfortable and they fit me good I never thought I would buy these, but I’m glad I did. Plus, the fact that they are cotton (environmentally) they are good for your sack if you know what I mean. Nylon and spandex is not good for that area (if you look it up) you should keep your stuff👀 at a cool temperature😉
