As in other reviews, are the adjustment buttons very easy to press, especially regarding the time zone feature?

I don't find them any different than a standard Timex watch, or any other. The term "easy" is rather vague. They are not inordinately difficult to push. If someone had an ailment.. Carpel Tunnel, muscular disorder, or the like, perhaps. But they are rather ordinary, outside of specific difficulty. I hope this helps.

We do not have the size of the actual digital digits but they are big in size. Size of case : 45×42.1×12.5mm
