This was a Christmas gift for my sister - it's a good job it was for her as the box was shredded to bits.The product itself is great, she already had the exact same one previously but it wouldn't hold charge long enough

I had one of the original cleaning brushes, but they do not make replacement brush heads anymore. So I thought to try this one. Once I got used to using it, I have found it cleans deep down and you can go over places that need even deeper cleaning.

Its good, makes my face feel clean but not a proper deep clean.

I have charged the product for over the time suggested for a full charge, it doesn’t even turn on, even thought the light turns red when plugged in and the light now turns off when plugged in to suggest it is fully charged.Faulty product do not recommend.

I've got dry and sensitive skin. Didn't want to buy expensive brush. Just In case if o waste my money so I bought this one. And it was the best decision. Only first few days my skin was a bit red after using but this is normal reaction.My skin is so soft, clean and looks younger and brighter. Even my sister in law told, she can se a difference after about week of using it.

Really pleased with this. Use daily and my skin is visibly smoother and my pores are cleaner and smaller. Can be hard to get into the edges around the nose but otherwise fantastic for the price.

Do NOT buy this product. I bought it and it does not work. And no refund is available according to the Amazon bots who will continously reroute you back to the REFUND section that will tell you that the item cannot be returned.
