Salty. The flavor is good...but don’t add any extra salt to your marinade or before marinating. I prefer the paste personally but Amazon couldn’t seem to get it to me without breaking the bottle. These arrived intact.

Really love Grace products. My order was still sealed when it arrived. The heat is mild but can be adjusted to suit. Good quality, smells great on the grill.
