Dacasso Walnut and Leather Conference Table Pad, 17 by 14-Inch

I've been using this conference pad for 4 months and am very happy with it.I wanted to put a 17 inch laptop on a nice desk, but the laptop has down firing fans and rubber feet that concentrate heat and load on whatever surface they are place on.I bought this conference pad to protect the desk, and it works well.The fit and finish is very good. If it got any better it would approach artisanal quality.The leather is very dark and beautiful. It has a very soft pleasant feel. And, a soft pleasant leather smell that can only be detected if you press it up to your face :)The wood finish is a medium dark walnut with smoky highlights and a hint of red for a slight warmth. It has a nice satin luster that is tasteful and not too shiny. It looks wonderful.It has four small felt feet to protect the desk.The feet are small enough that the pad doesn't slide around when I use the laptop. But, I wish they were a little larger to spread the load. I didn't ding the product for this in my rating because I'm not using it for its advertised purpose.A very satisfactory purchase. :) :) :)-

The table pads are nice but I'm not sure going with the wood border was practical. Also, the wood pieces are not the highest quality. Had to glue one back together with wood glue. We ordered 10 all together.
