We had a hard time finding a neck wrap we liked as much as our old rice wrap. This one feels great and doesn’t have an overbearing smell!

I purchased this neck wrap for my daughter who had a muscle spasm and needed something to deliver a warm, gentle heat to loosen the knot in her neck. The neck wrap was perfect for what she needed to aid in her recovery. It has a very pleasant, relaxing smell and rested comfortably on her neck and shoulders (she's a slender 8 year old). It was weighted to stay in place while providing a soothing heat. This helped her heal and sleep at night. She continued to use it even after she was well again because it smelled great and felt so good! We love this product!

I purchased this item as a holiday gift. When I looked at the box without realizing what it was, it smelled so sweet right through the packaging. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was the herbal wraps! The wraps smell very nice, possibly a little strong, but I imagine the scent will wear down with time. Since the wrap is very fragrant, this is probably not a good wrap while new to keep at work if you sit near others.The flaxseed fill feels very nice and as though it hugs every inch of your neck and back. I own another neck warmer filled with corn, and while it also feels nice and was the inspiration for this purchase, the corn is bulkier and doesn't conform as well as the flaxseed. We heated the neck wrap as designated for two minutes in our microwave and it still felt a little cold, so we heated for another minute against the instructions. Hopefully this won't ruin it.One consideration if you are ordering this product as a gift for someone who will have access to the package is to know the vendor puts a sticker on the generic packaging box that says their company name: Happy Wraps. A discerning gift recipient will have enough information to figure out the contents. I of course did not know the vendor would do this, and my gift recipient intercepted the package, so I was a bit bummed the surprise was possibly ruined.Either way, the recipient loved the gift, and I appreciated the vendor's efforts to get it to me in time for the holidays!

The good: feels amazing, perfect heat & muscle comfort, nice scent, easy to use.The bad: doesn’t hold heat very long, scent (although lovely) can be a bit much if you already have a headache or are scent sensitive.Overall I give it 5 stars because it has helped ease my neck & shoulder tension.

I bought five of these as gifts for myself and my family members. Everyone loves the neck warmer - heats easily in the microwave and smells heavenly! I use mine on cold nights to heat right before bedtime and slip between the sheets next to my cold toes. Works beautifully to keep my feet warm all night long. I know this is not the advertised purpose of the neck warmer, but it works!

We absolutely love this warmer. We used to have one but everyone e loved them so much we had to buy 3 more. These are the best for tummy aches with kids (or adults). We use them on our neck to relieve tension and even warm them up before bed to sleep with a warm snuggly thing to help you fall asleep quickly. My girls use these every night. Don’t hesitate. You will love it.

I LOOOOVE this neck wrap. First of all, it fits my neck perfectly. I can flop it over one shoulder if I'm only aching on one side. I purchased this for when I get a super bad tension headache. Wow, it helps knock it right out - so soothing! The other thing I love is the luscious, deep, earthy smells of the herbs inside. They aren't subtle and they're not overbearing - they're just perfect. I'm definitely going to be order more of these in the future - for gifts and for travel. It's a fun bonus to get the extra eye pack with lavender in it, and the sleeping eye shades. I was about to order a really expensive handmade neck wrap, but chose to give this one a try. Upon receiving, the smell is a strong lavender scent, and while not necessarily overpowering, it’s not my favorite.On heating it up, I let it go for about 2 minutes, but needed to extend that by another minute and a half. The wrap gets very warm, almost too warm for direct skin contact, but doesn’t seem to keep the heat very long, so I had to keep heating it up.I used it several times and noticed at the point that goes around your neck (bottom of the half circle, right in the center) the fabric seemed to be wearing thin. I didn’t think anything of it until I asked my son to throw it to me (lightly from not even two feet away) and as I caught it, the whole thing busted open and tiny seeds spilled everywhere. This is one continuous channel, so any tears and you’re going to have a huge mess on your hands.
