The perfect Gluten Free cereal
I like the Love Grown brand - so good and Gluten Free. I discovered these in my local grocery store, but then was unable to get them there again. Thank goodness for Amazon, who sells many of the gluten free food products that I like. This is a very healthy cereal for breakfast, and I like that it has 7g protein, 5g fiber, and is not sweet. I like to add a little coconut milk after cooking the oatmeal which adds a little sweetness. I feel like I start my day off the right way after eating Love Grown Super Simply Pure Oats for breakfast!
