Maca Double Chocolate

not my favorite flavor of the bunch...also, I wish they wouldn't include a spoon in every container...it is just more plastic fodder for the garbage...I mean, who doesn't have a spoon in this day and age!

Excellent health benefits for breakfast or anytime will eat this for life.

There are fifteen grams of sugar in here. It is from natural sources and low glycemic but glucose is glucose and, 15 grams of sugar is never 'healthy'. Add that to 9 grams of fat, 310 calories, and 51 grams of carbohydrate. Though 10 grams of protein is pretty good.As a comparison-- one whole cup of rolled oats is 150 calories, 2.40 grams of fat, just 25 grams of carbohydrate and a not too shabby 6 grams of protein. Add nuts and berries and it's delish.This is not a competitive replacement for breakfast. Not health wise, and not price wise. Taste wise it is too sweet for me, but I normally do not have sugar with grains/oats.UPDATE******The above review was for the Maca Double Chocolate, not the Original flavor which is much better comparatively. Healthy or not, this stuff is amazingly delicious. You will pass up the office doughnuts and choose this protein-packed yummyness with no regrets. (gluten-free if that matters to you, and 9 grams of fiber.) Yum!

You don't have to worry about any meal with this cereal. All what you need to do is to add cold or hot water and enjoy a delicious, heavy and quick meal.

Delicious, gluten free and convenient for grab and go. The product is all natural and organic. I like the double chocolate the best but other flavors are available.

I got these for make work day breakfasts. They are prefect. Delicious. Easy. Quick. Filling. Healthy. Love them!
