First time I tried it, it worked very well. I will continue to use this product. I had been taking regular plain senna leaves capsules for years and years according to my doctor’s instructions when I suddenly once came across a California Proposition 65 warning and realized that those capsules probably contained lead and were not purified senna. OOPS! Switched immediately to Senokot, so this was my first purchase of Senokot.
