Great flat iron well worth the money

This is not the first Vibrastrait that I have owned. The first ones I bought were under the original Brocato name. Each one I have bought has lasted 3-4 years, (one broke when I stepped on it and the other two eventually stopped holding temperature very long), and I hope this one does too. That being said, the last flat iron I bought before this recent purchase was a top of the line Bablyiss. In comparison, both are both great products. What I love moe about the Vibrastrait is that it glides easier through hair, it’s made in a way that lessens the chance of accidentally burning the side of your hairline, your neck, or ears, (admit it, if you regularly straighten your hair, you’ve probably done this at least a couple of times) with the edges of the iron, and it takes less passes to get the job done. I have thick, long, coarse hair, and use a lot of heat treatment sprays such as Virtue Smooth or Redken One United when damp, followed by heat resistant, smoothing and straightening spray once dry such as IGK Good Behavior, Drybar Liquid Glass, or Drybar Hot Toddy, (I often switch products every week or two), and the iron doesn’t become sticky or build up on the iron like some others on the market,(in all fairness, it didn’t build up on the Babyliss, either). The Vibrastrait also has an auto shut off, which is a great safety feature that Babyliss doesn’t have, and cools down a bit quicker. The one’s I’ve owned, including this one, are 1 3/4” wide, which is hard to find in any brand. The vibrating function evenly distributed the heat which I assume is why it takes less passes to get the job done, which is great because I’m usually playing near the clock to get to finish up and work in the morning. Both can be used to straighten, add a subtle curve or curl. One last thing that I’ve found interesting that some may or may not find important - I always place my irons on a folded hand towel to cool once I’m finished, and the Vibrastrait doesn’t leave the rust color V shaped scorch marks on the towel like the Babyliss has. I would definitely recommend the Vibrastrait.

Previously had this same product and it lasted me for years. Initially, I replaced it with a different one and it didn't work as well as the one I had so I bought the replacement. It works faster than the one I had and it is awesome. This one is highly recommended if you want one that heats up FAST, gets super HOT and works like a charm!

I love everything about this flat iron - except that I have to buy one every two years! I think this is my 4th purchase of the same hair iron. I don't use it daily, but at least 3 or 4 times/week. The iron doesn't last two years, and then suddenly it will turn off while you're using it. This will start to happen more frequently, until the minute you pick it up, it turns off and won't heat at all. Boom! You have to buy another one. Two years is about the length of time it lasts, so be prepared. But enjoy the two years you have it. The vibrating feature helps your hair glide through the paddles, it heats quickly, and having more than one paddle size option is nice.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this flat iron and it is the second time I was sent the wrong size. The first time was a couple of years ago. I loved one my friend had and ordered it for myself. They sent a smaller one than I had ordered, so I had to return it. My daughter kept stealing mine from my bathroom, so I decided to get her one for Christmas. Once again the wrong size was sent. Luckily I was able to get the right one for Christmas. Overall this is a great flat iron and heats up quickly…just make sure they send you the right one.

I don't like at all. It cost too much money 🤑 it turns off after 10 minutes of use. Plus it burns my hair too much. Smell bad . I want to returned
