Cheaper, but don't last as long
Previously bought these at home improvement stores for $3-5$ a bulb. They never lasted as long as expected - usually only about a year as opposed to being advertised for about 10 years. These bulbs were about half the cost so i thought I would try them. They last about half as long on average as the others and one didnt work at all out of the box.

These worked great. The center lit up so visitors could see and read material while waiting for classes. The price was cheaper by the 10 pack.

I installed 4 CFL's and one blew immediately, and 3 more CFL's blew out after install within 35 days.

Half of them burned out in less than 6 months of installation with about 20% use.
