Soom Pantry Sampler: (1) Sesame Tahini 11oz, (1) Chocolate Sesame Tahini 12oz and (1) Silan Date Syrup 12.3oz

I am very happy with this purchase. I bought the sampler package, just to try out the three products and see what we liked and what I would use the products for to learn which ones I should stock up on. Short answer -- all of them! The first thing I made was tahini swirl brownies and they were out of this world! The sesame tahini is not bitter at all and has a lovely pourable texture. It does not separate into hard sticky stuff on the bottom and an oil slick on the top (as the tahini does that is sold in grocery stores).Check out the website for Soom Foods -- they have an extensive recipe section with lots of delicious looking food I can't wait to try.The Soom Sisters are very gracious and respond to emails very promptly.Bottom line: You can't go wrong trying this product. You'll just want more!

I've been trying to add new things to our meals because we've had everyone's favorites 1,000 times in the last few months with everyone home due to Covid. Found a recipe that called for tahini, googled, read this was the best, researched for allergen purposes, and ordered the sampler. The day it arrived, I made the fried rice on Soom's website. "Best fried rice you've ever made" from my son. My daughter agreed and for dessert she sliced an apple and tried the chocolate tahini and then the date sauce. Loved both! I'm going to work my way through the recipes on Soom's site. Super product (and safe for peanut/tree nut allergies) and love that they have a wide variety of easy, yummy looking recipes.

When the products arrived the sesame tahini had somehow leaked oil all over the jar and lid of the product and the cardboard box it arrived in was saturated with the same oil. The seal seemed to be on ok but it did not make me confident enough to try eating it. I went online to try and let the company know in hopes of getting it exchanged and I was not able to do any form of a return or leave a note for the manufacturer. It’s a shame because I was most looking forward to that product.

I love the quality of Soom Tahini and this time also ordered the Silan Date Syrup. One small hiccup in the order... I ordered the pack with the plain tahini, the date syrup and the chocolate tahini (which is incredibly delicious) and received two plain tahinis and the syrup. I sent Soom an email and heard back from them within a couple of hours. They will rectify this mistake in packaging. If you love tahini the Soom products are really the best.

The seal on the Chocolate Sweet Tahini Halva Spread was compromised and the spread was dripping through the threads of the cover therefore not safe to consume. I sent an email asking for remedy but to date have not received any response. Please refer this to appropriate party with request for immediate response. Thank you.

the chocolate tehina is our new favorite spread for graham crackers in a lunch box. Way better than mixing nutella with peanut butter. Soom plain tehina is also excellent, and I will not make hummus tehina without it. As noted in a previous review, the date syrup is divine.

The chocolate tahini spread was delicious beyond my wildest dreams. The regular tahini was good too, but it is made from roasted sesame seeds, not raw, so beware if you are looking for raw tahini.

I love all three of these products. The chocolate is the best snack ever. The tahini is great to use and all kinds of Middle Eastern cooking. And the date syrup is fabulous! I used mine in the sauce that had lemon juice and Tahini mixed together. Simply wonderful!
