What a disappointment! They told me wrong info about date of shipment. Then when I finally got it it was FAR FAR too large. They did not bother checking USA size conversion charts. I put in a submission for a refund and I do not get an automatic approval for a return. I have to WAIT 48 hours for them to respond to see if I will pay for their incompetence. There is no way I can make these huge shoes fit. I double checked what I ordered and I ordered the correct size. They did not convert properly. Also when I tried them on they are very stiff and uncomfortable. SO SO DISPPOINTED

I would have five stars, but the toe box is a little short because when I walk, it bumps my big toe a little. I don't know if it's because they're new and just need to be broken in. I can always update this review. I'll wear them for a couple of weeks to see how they fare. I must say, they are very beautiful and look very expensive. I will order more. The have red and several assorted styles.

Cute in black cute online cute in person however I wear a size 10 ordered a 1/2 size bigger anything made in China or other countries don't necessarily mean it works for all American ppl. Shoe is too small my big toe overlaps the next toe. Shoes sitting in the closet no exchange. Would love to have the brown but I won't even waste my time and money.

Gorgeous shoes, but WAY too large! I'm baffled as to why people are saying they are true to size. They are LARGE - at least .5-1 size larger! Also, asian sizes have a very large heel and short toe area - this doesn't work for me. i got 3 sizes, none were wearable due to extreme pain.

These are very well made, look more expensive than they are. They are very lightweight too. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Very cute and trendy with cut off jeans and a graphic tee. Very comfortable and good looking shoe.

I wear a size 10 M.. pretty average foot. I ordered both the 10.5 and the 11 after reading reviews. These shoes, although super cute, were tight. I should also note that although I ordered 2 different sizes, both were marked “43”. I’m not sure if I was sent 2 pair by mistake or the manufacturer just figures “ eh, close enough”. I gave one pair (the 10.5) to a family member who normally wears a 9 and has a slightly wider foot and it fit her perfectly once she put an insole in them.It’s too bad, these are 5 star cute but 2 star manufactured.

These are absolutely adorable! Beautiful red, well made and fits true to size. Not much of a footbed liner and zero arch support so I added by own insert and they are now super comfortable thanks to the thick rubber sole. Received many, many compliments on them at work this morning. Only took 10 days to receive from China so way quicker shipping than it said!

I love these shoes so much until I got them in red, black and brown. They were too big but Leanna has been very accommodating. She quickly responds to emails and quickly corrected the issue and sent another pair in a smaller size.If they have blue that’ll be my next purchase.Very satisfied customer!
