A lot of diverse information was culled from various sources to produce this fascinating volume. Further clarity is given in the numerous line drawings of the various tribes and colonial troops that inhabit Central Africa.

As most of Chris Peers' works this is an excellent reference for wargaming Darkest Africa. This whole series is worth collecting when you can find them.
