Here’s what you do…
Pricey yes but in a pinch for time it works. What I do is substitute the milk with heavy cream. After simmering for about 10 minutes I added a splash of cognac. You could use brandy if you don’t have cognac. Pretty good for a package.

Restaurant-Quality Peppercorn Sauce at Home
This sauce mix is incredible. I used it for filet mignon, and it tasted just like something you would get at a high-end steakhouse. A friend brought a similar sauce back from France years ago, and I have been searching for one ever since—this is it. The delivery took a while, but it was 100% worth the wait. If you love a rich, flavorful peppercorn sauce, this is a must-buy. Highly recommend.

For the most part it just tastes like peppered brown gravy. Definitely nothing like a real peppercorn sauce. For the price it was a huge disappointment. I definitely would not order again. I bought two packages and made one and I'm actually not even sure where the other one has gone to. My tip – make it and let it sit overnight. It definitely tastes better the next day

Pepper sauce suitable for steak has proven difficult to find in Canada. This is perfect and tastes good every time.

I made this for myself and soon discovered it made enough for four to six steaks. However I smothered my steak with it all. Next time I'll save some for another day. It's a good sauce for being packaged.

This sauce adds lots of flavour and class to your meat dishes. Be prepared for real peppercorn taste; the whole peppercorns taste fresh and strong like they should.
