Sherman Replacement Part Compatible with Jeep Cherokee-Wagoneer Header Panel (Partslink Number CH1220114)

I purchased this product to repair a friends jeep after a minor front end collision.It came out of the box with a corner broken off the header panel. Then while putting the screw in the left corner marker light the ear that holds the light just broke off before it even got tight. Both fractures on the same side. I think poorly made brittle plastic. Should be tougher material for a vehicle front end part. Also the screw holes for the OEM grill did not line up properly.

This was a pleasant surprise. All the hardware from my old, broken header panel swapped right over, and all the bolt holes lined up on my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Product is much better than the OEM part. Two minor gripes - the pre-drilled screw holes for the screws on the vertical face of the grill are too large for the stock screws, and the holes for the screws on the bottom of the corner markers were undrilled. Both were easily fixed. The part description should probably also be changed to include the Grand Cherokee. I highly recommend this part.

Meh, it works though a few of the holes for the grill were oversized so the screws will not work.

Header panel fit as good as the original and was easy to install.

Wrong item for the description. There is a large hole in the upper corners where the upper headlight adjustment bracket it supposed to go. The product that I received did not fit my 98 Grand Cherokee Laredo, and the customer service has been the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s been 5 days, and multiple emails, and they still don’t have it resolved. I tried to give them the opportunity to resolve the situation without just giving them a bad review from the start, but their lack of concern or care in resolving the situation has pushed me to this point.
