The Bag Emits DuPont factory level odor / off-gassing

Just received the bag and we are LITERALLY overwhelmed by the toxic off-gassing. Being near it burns my eyes and it’s hard / impossible to imagine putting my 8lb dog into this odious carrier for our 11 hour flight on Sunday. Wow. Seems like a great design with so much to offer but the off-gassing is INTENSE. I don’t know what material is used in fabrication but this bag makes a great case for cotton or wool. Drag.
