As a Clinical Psychologist, I have frequently recommended this book.It is very well written. It is clear and highly beneficial.The author states that it is written for women. I have found that mostof the book can also be useful for men.I highly recommend this book.

I love this book! Quick read and really helps you get into a positive state of mind. I keep it by my bed when I need a quick pick me up before bed. I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling to find themselves and their voice. The book also arrived earlier than expected and it was packaged nicely. I would definitely recommend this book to others!

Every woman should read. Men too! You will learn a ton about a woman. Have friends read it, encourage them to write in the margins.. Pass this book along, requesting others to do the same. It makes the experience of learning and growing even more awakening, as you slow your thoughts to feel others thoughts. Take your time reading it. Don't rush it. Read it again.

This book is a journey to discover you're true self. If you need a little push to be the best you can be I recommend this book. It will make you look inside of you and help you with you're self esteem.

Recommended to me by my therapist, it's a great read and helped me so much when I needed it most. A lot of what I was going through, didn't make sense to me but somehow this book sorted it all out for me to understand it better.

This is a wonderful book about self care and self love. I am a caregiver as a profession and as a person. Sometimes I forget to take care of myself. Totally recommend this book!!!

Fabulous book that I read many years ago to help me through an abusive relationship. Focused on empowering yourself, it made a big difference for me then and I look forward to re-reading it again.
