SkechersMen's Greetah Construction Shoe

This is the perfect budget shoe for light trades work not requiring a boot. I'm a college engineer & want a shoe that will put up with puddles of water, affordable, designed for work, but also comfortable/maneuverable like a sneaker. This is perfect. These are great when I need to stand in a couple inches of water while dealing with a leak, but also keep my feet breathing well because the sides are sealed even with a plastic bag material between the outer and inner to completely keep water out for several minutes. It is breathable on the top though to keep air circulating and keep my feet from getting hot/stagnant. I can also run in them comfortably, like a sneaker. The only thing is the laces don't stay tied too well but tying them extra tight works for most of a shift and if that really puts you off, they are cheap enough to buy another pair of laces & still be a good price. I'm about to get another pair, because now my work is giving a yearly allowance for safety shoes.I tried the more expensive similar work shoes, but they sucked in comparison. My feet slid around too much, because they were essentially a boot with the top eliminated, so they didn't hold my foot as well without the extra leg support they obviously need. They also weren't as breathable & my feet got hot and sweaty. I returned those and went back to these.

About these shoes cuz I heard a lot about stretchers these shoes are awesome. The only problem I had with him I thought the memory frame wasn't enough so I had to go and purchase more insoles for him. But the shoes are very well built. Another thing a little bit heavy for an older person but I hope to break them in and get real comfortable with him. Duffy recommend them for workers They definitely should last a long time

This is a very well made work shoe. They are light weight and good for people with wide feet. I gave 4 stars because I always have to add an extra insole for arch support. However, I've been wearing Sketcher work shoes for 15+ years. Very durable.

Fit is great, comfortable, wide option is perfect. Composite toe for an electrician is optimal. Looks sharp on. Arrived quick. 5 stars..

Shoes are stiff at first, a bit heavy. Work like a champ but my God I didn't last a couple hours before I had to strip them off. Can't do without a good pair of insoles. Moving is fine, standing still on concrete is pretty uncomfortable.

I bought these because I need Comp Toe shoes for my new job since I work in a factory area. The only thing to be aware of is these are sized large! I normally always ware size 9's. However, the size 9 was entirely too big for my feet. I ended up going with the 8.5 wide and they fit great. The only downside is whenever I'm walking a lot the laces are always coming loose because of the weight of the shoes. So, if you work construction and have to walk a lot you might have to swap out the laces or really tighten them down! When I go for short walks around my building during breaks the laces are always coming loose from the weight of the shoes. However, they look great and are very comfortable sitting at my desk. Also, I'm not worried if someone or something were to fall on my Toe in the factory I know I would be well protected. I've had them about 6 months now and they still look great but I don't put the through much abuse and am typically sitting at my desk during work. Amazon also made the return process very easy for me and I really appreciate that.

True to the word. The fit is outstanding. It difficult for me to find safety shoes that don't have one or two issues particularly where the shoe fits well and looks good but the dimensions regarding the safety toe portion of the shoe is out of tolerance and winds up making me miserable for days on end. These are absolutely perfect in all regards. Don't think about it, buy it! P.s. I don't write reviews normally but I had to. I still love the boots that these are replacing but these are even better.

Son muy buena elección para calzado de seguridad, apenas los recibí y comencé a utilizarlos, el descanso que proporciona la zuela y el memory foam ayudan demasiado, igual en trabajos donde se requiere acostarse son muy prácticos (no impiden movilidad como las botas)Recomendado

Quizás sean muy apresurados los comentarios pues apenas llevo 3 días que las uso, pero en general y a simple vista están hermosas!!! Al tacto se sienten los materiales de calidad, sin embargo al momento de usarlas las siento un poco más pesadas de la suela de lo que imaginé (no por ello dejan de ser buenas, al contrario te da un sentimiento de mayor seguridad). Por otra parte, el memory foam que dicen tener es casi nulo a comparación del que acostumbran poner en sus tenis, pero pese a esos detalles antes mencionados estoy contento con mi compra y le doy las 5 estrellas

Very nice safety shoe for a reasonable price.

These boots are lovely and comfy and well worth 70 quid. However it wasn't until I checked my invoice I realised the price includes VAT. Most people won't realise it but UK government guidelines state that safety wear are non vat items. I contacted customer services and got a refund on the vat value.
