Put in hot water for 45 min , then warm up again, watch out don’t push on the bag a lot when draining it out , drink the product and sit back and it’s going to come on strong within a hour!

The product is basically a laxitve that works quicker than the laxitive tablets that u can take that will work overnight. The tea will make u poop a few times within the 6-8 hours after taking it. It states it will help you lose weight. It does not help with weight loss. Only helps if you need to poop. After using only 1 tea bag it will not be effective. You have to add 2 tea bags to one cup after the first time making it.

Good tea for cleansing. I always have this tea and only use to cleanse my body. I have been using this product for a couple of yrs now. it has been working great for me, but try not to use it as a regular tea.

I heard this tea will help with cleansing and that's 100% what it does. The taste is actually pretty good with a squirt of liquid stevia in it. I notice when I drink it a couple days in a row, I end up with a weird stomach ache that lingers all day even after using the bathroom. Good for occasional use for cleansing.
