Avoid being early or late and arrive right on time! Even evil doppelgangers have to know what time their evil plans start. Probably not so much for Reverse Flash because he could just race to the point at any time needed. But like trying to find your place when rewinding a video, I bet it can get pretty annoying trying to guess the right place to stop when you don’t know what time it was at when you last watched it. So that’s why even Reverse Flash wears a watch, just to be sure of the exact time so he doesn’t have to keep rewinding or fast forwarding at light speed. This beauty of a timepiece is so fast it doesn’t even have numbers but it does have a backlight which is wicked sweet.
