This doll was just as pictured.
My five-year-old granddaughter found out on her birthday that she had to start wearing glasses and she picked out pink ones. Since she loves Barbie dolls, I decided I was bound and determined to find a Barbie with pink glasses. This doll is adorable and my granddaughter was thrilled.

Retro Garden Party Barbie Fashionistas
Classy and beautifully dressed, this Fashionistas is a rare blonde doll in the Fashionistas line, and thankfully, a lot went into her appearance, so 'Thank You' Mattel!!Dressed in a stylish & sexy floral print dress, this blonde is no one's fool. The dress itself is tastefully short, while also being loose fitting (without looking baggy), it has a delicate ruffled collar & also included a flattering black bow which contrasts beauitfully against the bright Spring colours of the dress (teal, pink & bright red). The dolls hair is pulled up into a classic top pony (thankfully, not that atrocious top knot, currently in fashion, hate that look), she comes with Babrie's token clean makeup aesthetic, pink lips and bright blue eyes.With the Fashionistas, since around 2016 there has been a rise in cultural diversity in Barbie's. and I am so thankful Mattel has stepped up their game by representing a much more accurate society for collector's to choose from. The Fashionistas line keeps getting better and better, and Amazon keeps their prices reasonable, and their stock ...on point.RGP Barbie is gorgeous, affordable, easy attainable ...and she's a blonde. I know ...a blonde.In this day and age, Barbie is no longer universally caucasian, or solely mass produced exclusively with blonde hair and blue eyes, so it's nice to buy one that is (as above mentioned), when she's been well-crafted, and sports a particularly stunning dress. Thanks Mattel!!! The dress ... I love this dress!!! Love it!!RGP Barbie also comes with a pair of super stylish red open-toed Mary Jane-esque heels. I just wish she was wearing a pair of silky socks. I think that would have looked neat, but no biggie. She unfortunately also comes with retro styled 'granny glasses' (I hate these), but they're easily replaceable with something more befitting the original blonde. : ) Thanks Amazon, for making her affordable.
