These sound incredible for the price. Very nice Bass!I ordered three different budget wireless earbuds during Amazon Prime Day 2019. All three work well. These are the clear winners in terms of sound. The bass is excellent. The highs are not muffled.I like the volume control feature. They are smaller than Upperfit so they are more comfortable. I can keep them in longer without my ears getting tired. They tend to pair with my phone easily right out of the charging case.However, the sound makes these my go to budget earbuds. For the price, They are excellent.BTW - I also liked Upperfit Superior 3D Stereo Sound 5.0 Mini Totally Wireless in Ear Earbuds in the same price category.

It says they have a manufacturer's warranty but I could find no way to contact to inquire about battery life. They stopped charging past 60%. They've been great for the price sound wise. And re-pairing them hasn't been an issue after following the instructions. Just wish the battery was better!

The SZSAGO TWS Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds were purchased during Prime days. I received the red case and really enjoy the compact colorful set. The sound, clarity and fit of the buds is good using one of the optional bud covers. Both Earbuds effortless connected to my iPhone Bluetooth. I enjoy the ability to control volume and change music tracks through tapping either bud. After about a week the right bud wouldn't charge and continued to flash red and blue requesting pairing. It appeared that the right bud set higher in the case than the left.... After researching and contacting Amazon technical support (who called back immediately) without successful solution I returned the faulty set through the UPS store at no cost. I received a replacement set within a couple of days which so far is working as expected. Despite the performance difficulty I am happy with the purchase and knowledge there is a one year manufacturers warranty. Battery life and call pickup are acceptable to me under my personal use conditions. Only negative is the poorly written multifold instruction pamphlet.

UPDATE: The battery in these headphones were poor from the get go. Less than a year later it holds only 15 minutes charge. In addition one side never fit properly to seal out sound. As a result the rating was reduced and this product can't be recommended.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I accidentally paired to the right headphone only, I then had a hair pulling experience trying to get the earbuds to work in unison. Thankfully the vendor provided instructions to someone in a similar predicament. I have rewritten them in what I hope are clearer terms for anyone else who runs into this issue, you need to factory reset them as follows.1. Forget "w wireless earphones"and "w wireless earphones R" on your phone and turn off Bluetooth .2. Turn off both earbuds by pressing and holding the left and right earphone buttons for 10 seconds at the same time. When the red light is on, release, both earbuds should turn off.3. Wear earbuds and long press both the left and right until they both emit a "dengdeng" sound, wait 2-3 seconds more and release.4. Remove from your ears and press and hold the left and right earphone buttons for 2 seconds to turn them on, when the red light appears release, the left should flash red and blue, the right should have no light.5. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, search "w wireless earphones", pair and sound should now come from both earbuds.Note when you turn them back on in step 4, if the right one is still flashing red and blue it has not been reset. Try step 3 again, you have to wear them to confirm you hear the Deng Deng type sound in both which indicates the reset. Also always remove the left earbud and then the right from the case.Good luck!These may be great earbuds, haven't had them long enough to rate them as such. The sound is good, I have concerns about the battery, twice now I have left charging for a few hours and when I go to use them, it still does not say 100%, so that seems strange and hence the rating.

Love this cute little case. I bought a red one, and the color looks great. The case is metal with magnetic opening and holder for the earbuds. You can feel the quality, not a cheap plastic one. I am not picky on the sound quality. For me, the sound quality is well enough. Also, the earbuds were easily connected to my phone when first use. I don’t even bother to read the instructions. This is a highly recommended product at reasonable price.

After using for a few weeks I find the battery life does not work well. They are constantly in the case and connecting to my phone which I believe to be the issue. I constantly need to charge and buds and case and if lucky get 35 minutes of air time. When they do work the sound is good and fit is comfortable but the annoying may or may not be charged. The do take a while to connect when you pull them out of the case and this does not always work. Overall not a great product I found not buy these again.

These earphones are great! You can wear them together or wear them separate. They each have their own Bluetooth connections. The company also has amazing customer service! My first pair went out a time or two and I contacted customer service and they were quick to give me an exchange for the earphones. I really appreciated it deeply! Amazing earphones and company! I highly recommend the earphones and service!

I very much enjoy the product the only thing I did not like was the directions on how to use it was horrible! I don't know how to use any functions such as volume control or anything else besides how to set it up a lot of it was guesswork. It would be nice to be able to find somewhere online how to adjust volume Etc. Other than that great product!
