Contains 2 charts of palm size. One for intermediate distance (6feet= 1.8m) and other for near (36cm). Background is off-white and charts look quite professional.My opinion: (4/5stars) Print quality is good and practical for clinical use, but expensive at 1000+ Rs. You'll find better visual acuity testing charts at this price.

Great eye chart.

If you're in medical, PA, or nursing school and need a pocket eye chart, this one is the one to get because it has both Rosenbaum and Snellen charts on either side. A bunch of my classmates bought just a Snellen and then had to go out and buy a Rosenbaum for physical diagnosis practical exam.My major gripe is that the shipping, when I bought this, cost as much as the item, but since they were the only seller, I had no choice. I guess compared to my education though, this is just a drop in the bucket.

Ordered this for work. perfect size, it fits right in your scrub pocket or lab coat pocket. Madew ith a plastic material which makes it a bit see through, only downfall but it can be resolved with a cardstock backing. Printing is legible if used according to the directions on the card.

Snellen chart is standard and done well. Card is lightweight plastic, does not stand up well to flexion or many of the other "thousand natural shocks / That flesh is heir to". I would look for a sturdier model instead of this one next time.

These were purchased to compliment a doctor's kit comprised of inexpensive medical devices/tools. Our twins love the approach over the Doc McStuffins offering. The twins immediately noticed that the Disney brand did not resemble at all what they are accustomed to seeing in a doctor's office. Pink and sparkly.
