Excellent product serves the purpose for which it has been bough for

Contains 2 charts of palm size. One for intermediate distance (6feet= 1.8m) and other for near (36cm). Background is off-white and charts look quite professional. My opinion: (4/5stars) Print quality is good and practical for clinical use, but expensive at 1000+ Rs. You'll find better visual acuity testing charts at this price.

I use it on a daily basis in primary care clinical rotations. It is quite handy to simply pull it out of your lab coat pocket and quickly screen visual acuity. The card is flexible but durable plastic, so over the past year it hasn't worn much at all.

Great eye chart.

Has charts for both near and far acuities that can be done at bedside, is the perfect size for a lab coat pocket, and is a thin plastic that feels durable. It doesn't have much wasted space (pupil gauge and rulers are nice additions). It's been very handy to keep around and it seems to be more useful than the other pocket eye charts on Amazon

These were purchased to compliment a doctor's kit comprised of inexpensive medical devices/tools. Our twins love the approach over the Doc McStuffins offering. The twins immediately noticed that the Disney brand did not resemble at all what they are accustomed to seeing in a doctor's office. Pink and sparkly.

I was in an online FNP program and we have to purchase our own equipment for completing our health assessment course and clinical practicums. This eye chart was compact, clear to read, easy to wipe off and convenient for patients to read. Nurses that work in home health or any provider that makes home visits, could truly benefit from this pocket eye chart. Excellent tool to have when assessing patients!!!
