7M Large Octopus Paul Parafoil Kite Red with Handle & String

The media could not be loaded.  As advertise and performs well, only suggest getting longer string with reel because the one provided is too weak and short and does not let kite go up high.

This is really a great and stable kite, it easily went up in 7mph winds. It looks and flys amazingly. My only issue with this kite is the kite line provided. The line knotted up in flight and I've never had a kite line do that so I use a different line for flying now. To keep the bridles straight I use a daisy chain tie so it never gets tangled. All in all, well worth the price

This is a great fun kite to fly. There's absolutely nothing to assemble and it's ready to fly right off the bag.When flying at low altitudes under gusty winds the kite seem to sway left and right. However this can be eliminated by sending the kite up to 400-500ft altitude where the winds are much more stable.Only downside is the kite is a low angle flyer. Kite makes up for this by putting on a great show dancing in the air. I got tons of positive compliments and kids at the park couldn't seem to get enough of the kite. Everyone loved how the tentacles danced around like a real live octopus.Very easy to fly. Make sure you have the bridle line on a daisy chain to eliminate any tangles. Kite is sawn, not printed. The black bits and the eyes are sawn in.Octopus Paul is a great addition to my collection. I will be buying octopus Paul's black cousin in the near future. I didn't use the line came with the kite because it's not very good quality. I used 50lb braided dacron line instead. For future production I wish the manufacturers make the kite a high angle flyer. Because it's low angle sending the kite higher than 500-600ft is impossible.Update: after flying it on the third day kite behaves very badly on windy days. I was flying it in 14-16mph winds and kite was doing loopty loops and barrel rolls. Only recommend this kite on steady wind days with no gusts.

This is my 2nd octopus kite and probably not my last. The kite is very durable. LOOKS GREAT. I would recommend a kite reel winder and heavier line. It's a attention getter. Would definitely recommend.

At first I was not sure if this xtra large kite would get up in the air...it was a bit overwhelming at first since I have never been a kite flier ! But all the strings came perfectly organized ....and I placed the kite string and tahdah ! My octopus was up in the air and it was amazing to me and the little kids loved it ! I would suggest to get a longer kite string once you learn to fly the kite ! All in all...I am very happy with this kite! Shipping was quick with a nice note ! Thank you !

these octopus kites are awesome my grandkids love them they're a real crowd-pleaser so get yourself one but be aware you need strong kite string the 50 lb test we were using broke so I would recommend somewhere around a hundred pound test

A bit of a hassle with the 20+ strings. Also, should include better instructions on how to tie the kite to the line. Line is incredibally short.
