Olfa AK-4 Professional Art Knife/scalpel with comfort grip handle

This is the best craft knife that I've ever used. The blades are easy to change, securely fixed and come in a wide variety. I especially like the chisel shaped one that was included in the price. The knife is very comfortable, nicely weighted and it makes fine control a doddle.As someone else said, there are nubs on the body and cap to prevent them from rolling off a surface. It's typical of the care taken in the design.

The Olfa AK-4 is identical to Tamiya’s Modeler's Knife PRO. The only difference is the colour. I purchased this to go with the Tamiya’s MKP to save swapping out blades and so I can immediately tell which knife is which.

This is, hands down, the best art knife that I have ever used. Perfectly balanced, great weight, great pressure distribution.Cutting even thick cardboard with it, is a breeze.Well worth and definitely the best art knife there is !

Pleasantly surprised, handle is heavier than I thought which is good because it gives it more substance. Will buy again. Also handle has a wee nub to stop it rolling which is another plus over some of the cheaper type available

I was looking for a new knife to use with my collage work. I’ve only been using this a couple of days and already is my favourite tool. Comfy grip. Lovely weight to it. And the blade is precise and sharp. I cut out quite intricate images and this is doing the job. I haven’t used the other blades but I like that they are there as an additional option.

Love this blade knife use it all the time so getting through blades quite quickly. I have ordered more blades but there's quite a long period on delivery time and I do think an option for buying different quantities would help says Box 5, Box 10 Box 20 and option to buy a blade sharp box to put your blunt blades in like they do for medical waste as not sure what to do with mine.

Ottimo prodotto professionale, benfatto e funzionale. Lo preferisco di gran lunga ai quelli 'classici' tutti in metallo. Olfa una certezza.
