Novelty, not quality
I got this for my 3 year old as she saw it on a YouTube video and had to have. What a waste! Of course, I knew that, but hoped at least that it would be cute. It's just ok. The tail barely winds up, so by the time you let go, it not really in the water before it's done spinning. She got it out of her system at least🤷♀️
