When searching for a new vacuum cleaner I considered a cordless shark & Dyson however with experience of these models I’m aware after a year of constant use battery depletes and performance also decreases. This vacuum cleaner provides strong suction, is Noticeably lighter than a Henry hoover due to no winder for cord and is compact. I managed to assemble it easily, fit it into my small Cub board in the bathroom. I feel the package with the tools is great value for money and hopefully will last for around 5-10 years! Highly recommend as it’s good quality (satisfies the customers needs profitably)!

Fast delivery and a wonderful British made product

I’ve had to go back to the Henry/James because it is sturdy and reliable. I have tried various, supposedly more sophisticated vacuums including Various Dyson models and Shark. However, overtime I became frustrated with the short battery life of the cordless models and the flimsiness. I’ve gone back to James/Henry as they are so robust, they have great suction, there are a no nonsense high quality product. My only complaint is that I find them a little heavy to carry up / down the stairs but I’m prepared to put up with this for the over all benefits. Maybe I’ll buy one for each floor! I highly recommend

This hoover does what is says on the tin and gets the job done every time. Always wanted a Henry style hoover and it never lets me down, always has great suction and easy to move around, had this a while now and still going strong. Only down side my minor nitpick is the long hoover arm sometimes comes apart at the bottom the black hoover head, this long arm does shorten in and few lengths for short medium and close, but due to powerful suction sometimes it takes the head off and i have to push it back on obviously it supposed to come off as it has changeable heads.

I am using this on my hard floors. The suction is terrific, it's fairly quiet and much of the design is excellent. It has a terrific reach with a lovely long cord and hose. The cons... There isn't a holster for the tools; There isn't an extendable tube so some of the time it's either too long or too short regardless of what bits I use; Emptying is nothing like as easy as easy as emptying a Dyson; The crevice tool doesn't have the cunning slight bend at the tip that a Dyson one does. However I can probably adjust it... But all in all it's a cheap vacuum cleaner and as such I reckon good value. I like it enough to be thinking about buying the extra-wide floor tool.

I love this hoover!!! After my 5th hoover broke i wasnt gping to spend anymore on other brands!! I have even had a dyson twice!! Yes they arent cordless and i am disabled so a bit of a con rather than a pro but if im careful im fine, but the suction on this bad boy is marvelous carpets will be spotless and hard floors a sinch so if your fed up of buying a different make which lasts only a few months before there is a problem or its broken just dont bother looking any further order a henry hes fab and lighter than other models, go on gove henry a try, you wont regret it!!! Didnt get paid for this review I've left this comment off my own back, i just love my henry hoover!!

Bought this for my mum, she struggles to use a hoover she’s 81 but with this it’s much easier for her great buy

There’s a reason why lots of professional cleaners use Numatic vacs. And although I’m no pro, our Hetty has given far superior service to Dyson and Sharks, all of which she’s outlasted. 17 years and still going strong. This smaller brother does the job brilliantly. The suction is superb and it never blocks. Some prefer bagless, but that’s not an issue. There are lighter vacs around. Flashier ones too. All in all, though, James is a no-nonsense appliance that delivers the goods.
