***Updated review***Told the company about the problem and they got back with me right away and immediately sent out a new one. The new cross arrived and is perfect. Thank you Polly House. I will definitely be ordering from them again and will I recommend others do the same. Changed from one star to five.First, let me say the cross is beautiful. The problem is it arrived broken. This was going to be a gift to someone very special and now I cannot gift it because it is broken. I would like to receive a replacement or get my money back.

The first one I received was broken. Had another in 3 days after requesting a replacement. My mom loved it

We received this as a gift, shipped directly to us, and it was broken when it arrived. All the packaging was still intact but the bottom of the cross was broken off. We returned it and the replacement was broken in the same spot. The packaging wasn’t damaged this time either so I’m not sure what the problem is, maybe they're broken before shipping? Anyway, we returned it again and the third time it did arrive in one piece. All that being said, it’s a lovely piece of artwork and I am looking forward to displaying it on the wall.

My girlfriend is absolutely obsessed with wall crosses. She has a wall full of them. She seen this cross and said she thought it was beautiful. So, I decided to surprise her and order it for her. She got the 1st cross and the bottom was broken off. She still thought it was absolutely beautiful and I had to argue with her to let me send it back and have it replaced. So she shipped it back and I had another one sent to her. Well, we got the replacement cross today and yet again ITS BROKEN! This time worse than before.

Love it it looks better in person than the pic shown. Was hesitant because I wasnt sure if was going to look cheap. Its anything but. Beautifully made and where everyone can see it when they come in my house.

I love it but was cracked in half at bottom when opened package... super-glued it together and kept it can't even tell but just noting that part for future buyers...
