This garlic is very nicely packaged and it's delicious. The container has five generous sized bulbs with multiple individual cloves of luscious black garlic in each. It's a good value as compared to my local grocery store where I had previously purchased it. This actually has better flavor, texture and taste than the one I had been buying. It's also easier to peel and it's not sticky, so it was easier to slice and it holds together better. I come from an Italian family where food is love, so I would never give a gift of food that wasn't deliziosa! I am so confident in the quality and taste of this garlic I bought a second one to gift to a friend in the restaurant business. I will be a repeat customer. Gustare! Enjoy!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. It is like eating candy. and Hard to stop eating. VERY SWEET. And melts away in your mouth. It's creamy. I can't think of anything to compare it to. It just has an amazing flavor and texture. Will DIFFINATELY ORDER AGAIN. And buy some for Christmas presents for the garlic lovers in our family & friends.

Highly recommend trying this if you haven't. Its a flavor thats very good and adds that secret ingredient to dishes!

We had been looking in stores for whole black garlic and couldn't seem to find it anywhere. I was so happy to be able to find it here and it being organic was a big plus. Spread some on a baguette and it is amazing!!! I would definitely recommend it.

Pleasantly impressed. Tastes very good. Different consistency but enjoyable. I added cut pieces to spices for steak and it was pretty good. I ate a clove and it is jelly like in texture and not as “garlicky” as a regular unfermemted clove. Package is airtight but not resealable. I put cloves in baggie and into refrigerator.

This product does well, better than last we tried another brand

I eat the cloves like candy. Didn't even bother making a sauce they are so good.
