I thought I was buying lotion and got body wash instead. But I love it

I was introduced to this product at a hotel we stayed at; I loved it and its aroma and recently purchased the shower gel to pamper myself. The first four or so days was fine, but the next two days led me to believe that I was allergic; I'm allergic to nothing. I had a slight case of hives and my skin itched, but the itching was eased with an aloe cream. The strange part was that I felt as though I had consumed a massive dose of caffeine. Those two nights, I could not sleep; I was so wired. I skipped using it for two days and tried it again this morning to satisfy my curiosity. The same symptoms reoccurred and I've been on "rapid fast forward" all day from the caffeine like buzz; I know that sleeping tonight will be a challenge. I have nothing negative to say about the gel; it was marvelous, but if you experience these symptoms, you may also be allergic. Go for it, indulge yourself, the aroma is heavenly, but be aware.

Does not smell good. Smells like cheap hotel bar soap and has a squeaky feeling on skin after washing. The bottle size is also very small for the price and for a body wash in general.

This body wash is very creamy and the lather is creamy. It feels very good on the skin, it washes off very well and my skin does not feel sticky or tight. My skin feels smooth and supple even after I dry off, I don't use as much body creme or lotion after drying off. The scent is wonderful while in the shower but does not last on the skin, I am ok with that. It is a great product that I will absolutely buy again!

I first used this body wash in a hotel and really liked it so I ordered it. I really like how it foams up. I would have given it 5 stars, but I do not like that it comes in a pump container! It would be easier to use if it was just in a bottle minus the pump!

The smell is different from most body washes, it's not a "fruity scent" it has a richer more musky scent. The wash leaves my skin very soft and doesn't cause any skin reaction (I have sensitive skin). A little pricy but I really like this one.

This smells so good! Just like the candlenut body cream! It doesn't lather (which I like), and leaves my skin feeling so soft and fresh! This is perfect to use with the other candlenut products. The scent it leaves behind is very nice. Light and sweet, but not at all overpowering! It won't clash with your perfume. I also like how natural it is - no reaction at all, and I have sensitive skin & chemical allergies!

I like the way it made my skin feel however, the overpowering scent was a huge distractor and messed with my sensitive skin.
